Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:30.

Our prices are for the entire house, inclusive of bed linen and towels, and are priced per night.

Booking Deposit - To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. This payment must be made securely via Stripe using a valid credit or debit card. Your booking is not considered confirmed until this transaction has been successfully processed.

Balance Payment The remaining 80% of the total rental amount must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date. This final balance is to be paid via Bank Transfer.

Payment Details The owner will provide bank account details (IBAN/BIC) via email shortly after the initial booking is confirmed. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure the transfer is initiated in time to clear by the 7-day deadline.

Failure to Pay If the balance is not received by the due date (7 days before arrival), the owner reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the guest. In this event, the 20% booking deposit will be forfeited.

The establishment has chosen elloha.com/stripe.com to secure online credit card payments. The validity of the customer's payment card is verified by stripe.com. A payment card may be declined for several reasons: stolen card, blocked card, spending limit reached, incorrect entry, etc. In case of a problem, the customer should contact their bank and the establishment to confirm their reservation and payment method.

Charging an electric vehicle is not permitted and pets are not allowed.
